Gina Hawkshaw is an artist based in a small village near Salisbury in Wiltshire.  She aims to produce unique and contemporary depictions of animals in acrylic paints, with particular emphasis on equestrian art, dogs, farm animals and sporting art.

She lives in a thatched cottage in the beautiful  Wiltshire countryside with her husband, their small boy, two dogs, two cats and a horse. She has had horses, dogs and cats all her life and has always enjoyed painting and drawing them, and took up painting as a career almost three years ago.  

Gina has recently been promoted to an Associate member of the Society of Equestrian Artists, and has exhibited with them in 2011 at the Mall Galleries, London, and in 2012 at the Menier Gallery.
